NC MedAssist giving away free over-the-counter medications at Cabarrus County event

The event is open to any individual or family needing over-the-counter medications.

The event will be held at Forest Hill United Methodist Church (419 Kerr Street, Concord, NC 28025), and participants must be at least 18 years old to receive medicine.

Everyone will receive up to eight over-the-counter items free of charge. Identification is not required.

“TIAA is pleased to work on this critically important Mobile Free Pharmacy event,” said Laura Turner, VP Corporate Social Responsibility. “We believe that the NC MedAssist Mobile Free Pharmacy’s ability to deliver much-needed medicine immediately to those who are in greatest need helps to alleviate the strain that this issue causes for a lot of local families.
